The Hosted Buyer Program at Free From Specialty Food & Wine Vienna 2025 offers a financed plan devoted to category managers and buyers of national and international distribution chains, aimed at nurturing the B2B meetings between exhibitors and top attendees (retailers and importers). The program aims to ensure the attendance of high-profile international trade fair professionals.

Who can participate in the Hosted Buyer Program?

To qualify for the Hosted Buyer Program, the following requirements need to be met:
  • Company activity: Supermarket chains, Wholesalers, Distributors, Importers
  • Buyer profile: Category Manager, Purchase Manager, General Manager, Brand Manager & Private Label Managers
  • You are responsible for sourcing free from, natural, vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, healthy, dairy free, sugar free, organic, sustainable and specialty products for your business.

  • Personalized Business Agenda for the Visit made by our staff
  • Matchmaking Platform Access: access to the matchmaking platform, where you can view exhibitor profiles in advance and schedule b2b meetings taking place at the trade show.
  • Conference Access: entry to keynote sessions, offering insights into the latest industry developments.
  • Important note : The choice of Hosted Buyers is determined according to the participation criteria indicated by the organization.

Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum of 5 business meetings each day scheduled via our Matchmaking tool.
  • If eligible for travel expense coverage, attendees are required to book their flight or train ticket in advance and submit the receipt to buyerprogram@ebcexpo.com. Reimbursement will be processed after the Free From Specialty Food & Wine Vienna 2025 event.
  • When qualified for the coverage of hotel expenses, the organizers will arrange the hotel accommodation.
  • As a hosted buyer, your attendance is required. We expect you to visit the show on both days. Attendance of Hosted Buyers will be checked and only once confirmed, reimbursement can take place.
  • If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us via buyerprogram@ebcexpo.com and suggest a colleague to take your place.
