We are Trappist monks from Nový Dvůr Abbey in western Bohemia, founded in 2002 by brothers from the French abbey of Sept-Fons. Since 2004 we have been producing artisan organic mustards following original French Trappist recipes. They are stone-ground and free from preservatives, resulting in a distinctive flavour across nine varieties. We also produce natural cosmetics certified by Ecocert. www.novydvur.cz/en/
